• Complete a short questionnaire and upload a few photos of your loved one.
• We will create a memorial within 24 hours and send you your personalized InMySoul QR code. See an example of a memorial page here.
• Receive your personalized InMySoul QR code by mail and scan it to view the memorial page.

Your loved one's memorial page is activated for the first year with your purchase. After that, a small annual renewal keeps it online.

We chose this model deliberately not to cut costs, but to make a real promise. €19/year means someone is accountable. Services offering "free forever hosting" close down, change ownership, or simply stop maintaining pages. We don't.

Think of it this way: for less than the price of a coffee each month, their story stays alive — accessible to your children, grandchildren, and everyone who loved them.

Of course! You can add, delete, or change photos and edit or add text at any time.

You will have a personal account where you can do this as often as you like.

In your personal account, you will see a list of your orders, which includes a link to the memorial page as well as the option to edit the person’s information.

When you purchase an InMySoul QR code from our website, it will be shipped from our EU factory within 1–2 business days.

There is a one-time fee of €59, which includes:

• creation and publication of a personalized memorial page;
• website hosting and online availability;
• technical support for 1 year;
• unlimited updates to the information throughout the year;
• a memorial plaque with a QR code.

After the first year, an annual fee of €19 applies to keep the memorial page and related services active.
